MAKING CONCRETE FORMS FOR MOSAIC

This course meets for 10 hours over two days. Perfect for out of towners and those who cannot commit to the longer format course.

This is an intensive course and an excellent introduction to concrete sculpture using foam/ fiberglass mesh and acrylic concrete. These lightweight concrete forms can be used as substrates for exterior, garden or interior use. Class will include lecture and demonstration for fabricating simple concrete sculptural forms.

Students will make one small project to take home and mosaic. No experience necessary.

Please bring a long sleeved work shirt. Class may be taught in outside workspace, please dress accordingly.
