Mosaic Gifts
Instructor: Tracy Broback
Join mosaic artist and super crafter Tracy Broback for a great class that will help you check a few gifts off your list as you learn solid mosaic setting techniques for small objects. She will lecture and demonstrate proper cutting tools and adhesives needed for a variety of tesserae and substrates. including three-dimensional forms. A variety of mosaic gift-making materials will be available for students to use, such as switch plates, votives, ornaments, coasters, trays, mirrors, frames and flowerpots.
New, intermediate and advanced students alike will be inspired by the endless creativity in making personalized gifts for family and friends. Each student will undertake 2-5 projects that can be completed in class or outside of class at the grout clinic.
