By popular request, we have created the Mosaic Lab for students who are self- directed and would like to work on their own projects at their own pace in a community studio environment.
No instruction will be given during lab, but IMA staff will be on hand to give advice and some direction. Participants will have access to tools, safety equipment and most supplies, including ceramic tile adhesive and thin-set, mixing bowls, putty knives, grouting supplies, etc. Limited storage for work. We're sorry, there are no make-ups for missed labs...come when you can during the 8 week series.
Students must bring their own materials to work with, their own substrates and their own grout and adhesives not mentioned above. Supplies available at Mosaic Studio Supply on site.
