Just added to our Business of Art Series at Institute of Mosaic Art, this one-day session will present a basic understanding of copyright law, tailored to issues relevant to the mosaic artist.

Bay area mosaic artist Stacy Snowman has practiced as an intellectual property lawyer for over 20 years and has lectured on a wide array of intellectual property issues related to technology and other media. Her own passion for working with mosaic tile enables her to translate the fundamental elements of copyright law into meaningful guidelines applicable to creation and protection of mosaic works.
