Artwork drop off/pick up dates and requirements:
All artwork should be dropped off at IMA between Wednesday, February 22nd and Sunday, February 26th between the hours of noon and 6 pm. Late drop offs will not be accepted. All artwork should be picked up between April 5 - 7th during above hours.
All work should be
1. Completely rigged for hanging and presentation with secure hanging apparatus and wire that does NOT SHOW over the top edge of the piece.
2. Accompanied by two printed labels (no hand written labels) with the following information:
Title of piece
Artists name and date created
media
course the piece was created in
price (or NFS)
Labels should be printed in 18 point, Ariel font. One of the labels should be glued or taped to the back of the piece, the second delivered with the artwork in an envelope with their name, e-mail and phone # on the front.
Please note: work will not be accepted if the above criteria are not met.
